Customer Service Representative - Window & Glass

A growing, career-focused organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support its Window & Glass department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and excels at multitasking.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails
  • Manage multiple customer claims at once
  • Navigate 4-6 applications using dual monitors
  • Deliver excellent customer service while meeting deadlines
  • Work collaboratively with a team of 10 representatives

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience in a high-volume setting
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems simultaneously
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
  • Occasional Saturday once a month (7:30 AM-1:00 PM)

Pay & Growth:

  • Starting hourly pay of $18 to $19 per hour
